Basic Troubleshooting

1)Your Ftp login. Once the client have signed with newbiesite,he will get a welcome mail with his control cpanel username and password. The username and password for the default ftp account(mailto:ftp@domainname.com) is same as that of the cpanel username and password.

2)Location to upload files. You should upload the files to public_html folder on your home directory. The public_html directory is the default working directory and index.html should contain the default home page of your website.

3)Basic troubleshooting you need to do while getting error in publishing website.

• Verify if you are using the correct ftp username and password.
• Verify if you have frontpage extensions installed. If you have already installed it,please cleanup and reinstall. If still it doesn't work please contact the support.
