White List -- is a list that YOU make of all your known Emailers whose Email you WILL accept. Having them on your White List assures that their Email will reach your inbox without interception.
• Box Trapper black/white list entire domains: Open Box Trapper then click on Edit Forward/White/Black/Ignore Lists then Edit black list and then type in "from @newbiesite.com" "cc from @newbiesite.com"
• can't send e-mail messages? The two most probable reasons are:
1. Your e-mail client is not configured to authenticate itself before the server. For security reasons, our servers require you to check your email before sending any messages. Please make sure that you have SMTP Authentication enabled in your email client and visit the guidelines for configuring Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird and Eudora.
2. Your ISP blocks port 25. In case your ISP is filtering the default SMTP email port 25, you can may need to contact your ISP regarding this. Due to security reasons some ISP may not allow mail through port 25.
Black List -- is again a list of Emailers that YOU create who do NOT have permission to send their Email to you. Their Email will be rejected. Additionally, they will be sent a warning Email.
