The default ftp account will be: ftp@yourdomainname.com. You can login to the default ftp account using the cpanel login details. We generally recommend the use of an FTP program for uploading files to the web server. If you does not have an FTP program, it is possible to use Internet Explorer as an FTP program. IE is the only browser that supports uploading, as well as, downloading files via FTP.
